Most expensive player kept: Albert Pujols ($50)
Average salary of kept players: $10.59
Least money available for auction: $93 (Round Trippers)
Most money available for auction: $248 (Brentwood Wood)
Average money available for auction: $176.37

  1. I have to admit, I like some of those replacement/expansion rosters a lot. And kudos to the one team bold enough to save more money and keep less players.

  3. Just messing around in Excel. Here’s a distribution of protected players by salary. Nothing unusual really. Most of the value will be found in cheap players, but some premium players were kept too.
